All items purchased from Dogsmartway.com should be returned to our customer service, Room 1-1-608 ,108# Dongheng GuoJi Building, East 5 sect YiHuan Road, JingJiang District,ChengDu,SiChuan 610041,P.R. China, within 15 days of receiving it. We do not accept any Returns exceeding that time period.
Merchandise Conditions All Item(s) for return must be unworned, unwashed, undyed, unused, and have original plastic bag on, same condition as received. We do not accept any returns if the items have been worned and used.
Shipping Damage If the merchandise were damaged during shipping, as long as you provide us with damage proof information issued by the carrier, we are glad to replace it for you. Simply send back the damaged merchandise, together with the documents in the original parcel, we will send you same merchandise as soon as we can, at no extra charge.
Re-shipping, cancelled, rejected orders All rejected / returned orders will be required to pay 15% of stocking fee, plus shipping costs incurred (shipping costs not refundable).
Return and Exchange
For wholesaler customers who order more than 100 or 200 pieces, if all or some of the merchandise need to be exchanged, then the customer should re-pay the full shipping charge of exchanged merchandise total weight (from China to your country). If all or some of the merchandise needs to be returned without further exchange, we will deduct the shipping fee incurred (from China to your country), the rest of the money will be refunded back to your account. Please bear in mind we do not accept any returns if there is no quality problem.
- Include the original invoice or packing list, please indicate the return reason and contact information. We do not accept any returns if there is no quality problem.
- Please use our original packaging or similar container to proper wrap up the item(s) and seal closed with the tape. To protect your interests, we recommend that you obtain a receipt from the carrier / shipper, and insure your package value.
- Follow the Return procedures (see above)
- Merchandise must be in the same condition as received.
- Re-shipping charges will be billed to you.
- Please indicate the correct size(s) you want on the original invoice from the package you received.
- Once we receive the re-shipping payment, we will send out the new correct size(s) to you as soon as we can.
